Después de la brutal ofensiva militar contra el barrio de Baba Amr durante un mes entero, el bombardeo, el genocidio y las masacres más terribles en contra de familias, niños, mujeres yancianos. El Barrio destrozado de Baba Amr vive una catástrofe humanitaria muy grave.
Después de un mes completo de resistencia legendaria en frente de las pandillas de Al-Asad, el Ejército Sirio Libre ha decidido retirarse tácticamente del barrio a causa de la situación humanitaria muy grave del pueblo, para dejar el paso a las organizaciones y agencias humanitarias para acceder y prestar ayuda a las familias de las víctimas, y para preservar las vidas del resto de nuestro pueblo en Baba Amr.
Por lo tanto hacemos un llamamiento a la Cruz Roja Internacional y a todas las organizaciones humanitarias internacionales para entrar en el barrio de Baba Amr de inmediato para evitar más masacres que ya comenzaron en el barrio, a manos de las bandas pro-régimen del Asad, tras la retirada del Ejercito Sirio Libre.

بعد تعرض حي بابا عمرو لأعنف حملة عسكرية لمدة شهر كامل وعمليات قصف و إبادة جماعية و ارتكاب أفظع المجازر الإنسانية بحق العديد من العائلات والأطفال والنساء والشيوخ حتى أصبح حي بابا عمرو المنكوب حيا مدمرا يعاني وضعا إنسانيا كارثياً

وبعد مرور شهر كامل من الصمود الأسطوري في وجه عصابات الأسد قرر الجيش السوري الحر الانسحاب التكتيكي من الحي بسبب الوضع الإنساني للأهالي و لإفساح المجال للمنظمات والهيئات الإنسانية للدخول وتقديم المساعدات للأسر المنكوبة وحفاظاً على أرواح من بقي من أهلنا في بابا عمرو 

ومن هنا فإننا نطالب منظمة الصليب الأحمر الدولية وجميع المنظمات الدولية الإنسانية إلى دخول حي بابا عمرو فورا لمنع حصول المجازر الإنسانية بحق من تبقى من أهالي الحي والتي بدأت بها عصابات الأسد بعد انسحاب الجيش الحر

After the exposure of Baba Amr neighborhood to the wildest military campaign for a whole month, the bombardments, genocide and the most terrible massacres against humanity that were commited on many families, children, women and men until this neighborhood become devastated and in catastrophic humanitarian situation...
After a full month of legendary steadfastness against Assadi forces, FSA has decided on a tactical withdrawal from the neighborhood because of the humanitarian situation of people there and to make way for organizations and humanitarian agencies to access and provide assistance to the bereaved families and also to preserve the lives of the remaining people in Baba Amr.
Hence, we appeal to the International Red Cross and all international humanitarian organizations to enter the district of Baba Amr immediately in order to prevent more human massacres against the rest of the people in the neighborhood which are starting again after the withdrawal of FSA
